Hey , this is one of the blue sky neurologist, /telehealth docs. I've been querying some docs. There are some that are using your platform well. I, and some of the other docs, have been having to use other platforms to just do simple voice to text dictation that works by just holding down a button while a desktop app is running in the background. The product im using is called wispr flow, there is another called willow voice. I've been asked by our company to use approved application, which includes cleo. Wisprflow is not an approved app. There are other doctors that have also been using other voice to text apps under the table. If there is a road map for something that works like these apps that we could use in the telemed space, that is just simple voice to text, and not scribe ambient listening, i would be more than happy to divert my money/subscription to cleo. I want to document the GCS in the physical exam portion of the note.

In the same way that there is a button to regenerate the MDM section, I would like to regenerate other sections of an already processed note. This is helpful when new custom instructions are written after the note was already processed.

There should be a way to group notes by shift instead of by calendar date. This should include the calendar date, but there are often shifts that cross dates and the overall display of the notes usually mixes notes from one day to the next day.

Let us input a shift by time/date/whatever, and batch all patients created in said shift within one section.

Would like to be able to have the smart edit reevaluations placed where we want specified (ie: above the MDM macro or just below the evaluation section). As of now it places it at the very end of the evaluation section by default.

It would be nice to have a group setting and a handoff feature. Say in my group or even just with another Cleo user to be able to transfer the file on a patient so we can both use their dictation at handoff. You could tie to this to a pre set group of individuals like an immediate group but I imagine in larger areas or with locums provides it might work just to have two people scan each others apps like with Venmo to facilitate an approved share. The new app interface is great. But the quickstart button is too easy to press. Every time I swipe out of the app it starts a new recording. Can some space be added at the bottom of the interface to prevent so many accidental presses?

Sometimes it doesn't recognize that the chart qualifies for critical care. It would be nice to have the template available
