It would be very helpful to add additional info to the Cleo dashboard, with columns for: Room, name, chief complaint, suggested ESI level, check boxes for diagnostics, checkboxes for medications, checkboxes for procedures, checkboxes for consultations, and a likely dispo. Or just a more customizable dashboard. It's very easy to make a table like this in chatgpt, and cleo already has all of this information from me as I go through and update my notes, so it should be easy to turn this into a much more useful dashboard. I've attached a mockup that I made in a few minutes using chatgpt when I was bored one shift. It would also be nice to have the option to click somewhere on this dashboard to add a conversation to a patient without leaving the dash. This would radically reduce the number of screen reloads I have to sit through.

make room number a distinct field for patient sorting and recall

My hierarchy for recalling patients:
- room #
- Adult v peds
- chief complaint
4.
5.
6.

- Name. Especially when it’s a 27-letter Hawaiian name
sort my Cleo patient list by room #. Sometimes it’s the only identifier I will tell Cleo initially as it figures out the rest, but I want room # to remain distinct. have room # be a distinct data field (not room or name) as a label, to improve sorting and recall.

Allow for preferred formatting of how patient details appear in the chart dashboard.

For example - Room #, Pt. initials, Age, Gender, Time Seen. Users will have different preferences for how they sort/follow their patients. Currently, if the user doesn't like the default appearance, they have to click the pencil icon and key in their changes. Allowing for a customization would increase efficiency.
