Would be great to have a button to hit when discharging a patient as reminder to call/follow up on the patient (with comment).

For example: i saw and discharged patient wtih PE yesterday. Would be great to click reminder button with note "follow up patient with PE at 770-222-3456 to make sure she is ok." and perhaps a reminder email the next day "Remember to sign into Cleo as you have a follow up call to make"
